We are an association of real estate investors, lenders, and vendors who know first-hand the unique opportunities as well as the problems and challenges of investing in real estate.  We support investors and our affiliates involved in all aspects of the Real Estate Investment Industry.

We are an association of real estate investors that are engaged in or interested in learning more about the real estate investing industry as borrowers, lenders, or investors.  Our core purpose is to help our members become more profitable and successful.  Our mission is to support our members through legislative and industry representation, education, benefit programs, information, networking, and community relation activities.

We have an unwavering committment to the communities in which we invest, and are a vital part of the growth and vision of the future of our area.
